Speakers bureaus are where most speakers will be found, and they provide the people on their books with training in public speaking. Training can really help to build confidence when speaking to big and small audiences. After all, just because you might have been a successful company owner and business king does not mean you have the confidence to speak to a room full of hundreds of people.
